The study concludes that change management success factors; training strategy, readiness to change, stakeholder analysis, and communication strategy significantly affect implementation of ERP Systems at REREC, accounting for 35.43% of its change while policies and procedures intervene the effects of this relationship to account for 36.99% of this change. The current study recommends that REREC should dynamically build on its stakeholder analysis, assessing owners, customers, employee needs and analyzing environmental needs. Secondly, there should be effective readiness plans and resistance management plans. More so, REREC should establish effective communication skills, structure and media as they should build communication concepts and plans. The training strategy should address; user training needs, customization of training materials, training program, and training time allocation. | |
