The purpose of this study was to establish the role of change management implementers on the performance of state corporations, in Kenya with a specific focus on Postal Corporation of Kenya (PCK). The study was driven by the following three objectives: To identify the type of changes that have been implemented at PCK, to establish the non-financial measures of performance at PCK, and to establish the role of change management implementers on the performance of PCK. The study adopted descriptive research design and had a structured questionnaire as its data collection instrument. Stratified random sampling technique was used to identify a sample size of 105. The sample comprised PCK employees from the headquarters and the City Square branch, in Nairobi. Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS), version 25 aided in the analysis of the collected data, and Microsoft excel was used in the production of diagrams and tables for data presentation. Some findings of the study were that technological changes had taken place at PCK to a moderate extent; and that top-level management played a significant role in formulating strategic change in management policies. Among the study’s recommendations were the need to enhance structural, technological, and cultural changes at PCK in order to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness market share, and customer satisfaction; and that the top, middle, and supervisory management level staff at PCK need to ensure that change is coordinated from the top management level down to the lowest level so that everyone in the organization can be well aware of the direction of the change.
