dc.description.abstractThe overall objective of the study was to determine the impacts of employee turnover on organization productivity, a case study of Kenokobil. The study was guided by the following specific objectives; to establish the cause of employees’ turnover at KenolKobil, to analyze the impact of employees’ turnover on organizational productivity at KenolKobil, to establish strategies of reducing employees’ turnover at KenolKobil and to establish the effect of these strategies in managing employees’ turnover at KenolKobil. The study employed a probability sampling design and a stratified sampling technique to select a sample size of 60 respondents using a sample ratio of 0.5. Questionnaires were used as the main data collection instruments and this involved issuing of both closed end and open end questionnaires to selected respondents in the sample size. A pilot study was undertaken to pretest the questionnaires for validity and reliability. Descriptive statistics data analysis method was applied to analyze the gathered data using a statistical package for social scientists PASW. The analyzed results were presented on to give graphical presentation of the study findings.
