dc.description.abstract | This debate was carried for the aim satisfaction in of establishing effect of social media promotion platforms on consumer in the events supervision industry in Kenya, with the main aim on Xpose Limited. The goals of the debate were to: analyze the social media advertising platforms used, establish the level of customer satisfaction at Xpose Limited and to determine the impact of social media advertising platforms on customer satisfaction at Xpose Limited. The debate adopted the Social Network Analysis Theory and the SERVQUAL RATER Model. The study used a realistic inquiry design, and the aimed community was Xpose Limited customers in Nairobi County. A portion of 150 participants with questionnaires that were identified from numerical package for social sciences version 26, were selected using Convenience sampling technique. By conducting realistic statistic, the study found that Xpose Ltd used Instagram (94%), Facebook (88.2%), twitter (81.2%), YouTube (55.3%) and LinkedIn (2.4%). According to many of the participants 56(65%) were okay with the services they received from Xpose Ltd to the extent that they indicated they were likely to recommend Xpose Ltd services to their friends and colleagues at 74(87%). It was therefore concluded that use of social media promotion methods had high influence on consumer fulfilment. Therefore,the study recommended that Xpose Ltd need to be more creative so as to maintain its leadership in the events management industry and overcome rivalry, consolidate, and expand their market share. | |
