The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of organizational resources on project performance of Kenya Power slum electrification project in Nairobi, Kenya. The objectives of the study were to evaluate different forms of organizational resources, assess project performance, and determine the influence of organizational resources on project performance of slum electrification projects undertaken by Kenya Power in Nairobi, Kenya. The study used descriptive research design and the target population comprised staff from the marketing department, business development department, construction and metering department, projects department, customer relations department, and finance department. Purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 51 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data which was then analysed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. Findings indicated that organizational resources influenced the performance of the slum electrification project to a certain extent. Physical resources 77.8%, human resources 61.8%, financial resources 54.2% and technological resources 50.6%. The study found that project performance at Kenya Power was assessed through project cost, quality, time and safety. However, factors other than organizational resources also played a part in the performance of projects. The study recommends that the management of Kenya Power needs to consider giving incentives to promote performance among the employees. The study also recommends further research on projects related to road construction, and other development projects taking place in Nairobi, Kenyaen_US
