This book is a collection of articles and reflections from key leaders and experts who ardently explore the three core elements of resilience: Accept, Adapt and Act. These three elements form the 3 themes that organize the book. On the Accept theme we have articles focusing on: Embracing change and psychosocial support; Living with purpose during uncertainties; rediscovering the human frailty and the call to repositioning our hope in God. Adapt section takes the middle part of the book and explores: Embracing wholehearted living in order to adapt; Building resilience in children; Building courage, care and comradeship as men during the pandemic; Restoring family to order - among others. The last part of the book focuses on Act - Acting with hope. In this section the articles delve on leadership during turbulence and how to manage change; How to build resilience for mental health during the crisis; lessons from church history in reference to pandemics; and a broad view on Post-COVID aspirations for social-economic justice. The book ends with an insightful reflection on reaffirming our hope in God and embracing the opportunities for human flourishing now and beyond the pandemic.
