Abstract

Because of the rapid development of technology and the globalization of the creative industries, copyright law has changed dramatically in recent years. The Growth of Kenya's creative industry has led to a rise in copyright-related issues, which presents difficulties for both users and rights holders. Conventional litigation techniques, which are sometimes marked by prolonged procedures and exorbitant expenses, could not adequately handle the particular subtleties and complexity present in copyright disputes. As a Result, the need for more effective and adaptable methods to settle these disputes is becoming increasingly apparent.
