Abstract
The purpose of this study was to conduct an internal communication audite the All Africa Conference of Churches (AACC) headquarters with a view to deter mine the effectiveness of the existing communication channels and networks, an to find out the existing opinions and attitudes of its employees towards it. The survey research approach was used with the questionnaire being the main tool of data collection. A total of twenty two respondents participated.
