Data was collected using questionnaires and interviews. Data from the questionnaires was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 21, while the interviews responses were thematically reviewed and key points summarized. The findings revealed that cultural values under investigation were actively functional in diverse practices at TUC. Cultural values affected information flow, communication relationships and communication effectiveness.
