    Effect of Innovative Changes on The Financial Performance of Private Universities: A Case Study of Daystar University

    Change is being experienced in every sector, every now and then new technological innovation is introduced in the modern world and the education management is not left behind at all. A lot of changes are happening in the marketplace, and companies must cope with the dynamic environment in order to carryon. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to assess the effect of innovative changes on the financial performance of private Universities with a study focus on Daystar University. The problem necessitating the research was established as the study clearly showed the necessity of innovation by different organizations, the importance of innovative changes especially to private universities and captured universities management’s perceptions towards innovative changes. This study highlights various literature related to the application of innovative changes that aid readers better understand the rationale behind the research and create motivation for further research on the same. The research used methodology and methods of data collection presentation in a systematic approach searching to obtain results relevant to the problem at hand. A descriptive research design method was applied in describing the situation in order to give a better understanding of the same. The main area of study focused on a case study of Daystar University. The research made use of questionnaires as the main instrument of data collection and used quantitative methods of analysis in arriving at the interpretation of the findings. As the study results, innovative changes occurred in Daystar University services and positively affected the university financial performance
