These strategies positively impacted on the performance of the Flying School. The major challenges to strategy implementation concerned lack of engagement of the right people and lack of adequate resources. The study recommended that the Flying School should develop strategic human resource policies and human resource development programs that attract and retain core talent. Further research at the Flying School should explore how strategic human resource can be embedded in the business strategy to enhance business performance.enstrategies adopted by flying schoolsimprove performanceKenyan Aviation Industrychallenges to strategy implementationAn Assessment of Strategies Adopted by Flying Schools to Improve Performance in The Kenyan Aviation Industry: A Case of Kenya School of FlyingThesis
